I am guessing that there will likely be 3 ways to achieve status for 2018:

1) SPG requirements as they are currently articulated.

2) MR requirements as they are currently articulated.

3) A combination of the 2 programs requirements that we don't know yet.

It will be a new program and we don't know what the benefits will be until they announce them which I would expect no later than the early 2nd Quarter of 2017.

I don't have any inside information but this seems to be what they are telegraphing.
