In terms of domestic flights, SFO/LAX - EWR are the only P.S. Flights. But also, flights to Hawaii, I believe now from all other hubs except SFO/LAX, aren't CPU-eligible.

I'm on mobile now, so hard to find, but the CPU eligibility details are listed on a page on United.com about CPUs, and specify which flights aren't eligible.
