No not at all, when I flew the BA LHR-LAX-LHR A380 service 1 year ago i don't even recall CC saying it, maybe i didn't hear it? Same with the NZ LHR-LAX-LHR i took 2 months ago Obviously if the crew comes up and tells me to unplug it when not in use of course I will comply, I just never imagined that it would have been an issue in the first place!
