That's the point. If these airlines are going to try to sell them operating as 1 big happy family to keep our business, they need to act like it. One should not have to rely on app that may or may not be an option for them for multiple reasons. Otherwise, what's my incentive to not fly one segment on OW and another on *A for example?

As for the AC thing - this was pretty clear when you signed up for the membership. Not sure what your gripe is.
It's pretty simple. AA is choosing to shove a large amount of their passengers on BA via codeshares, due to the JBA. Doing so eliminates these passengers from having lounge access in a BA lounge since LHR terminals aren't connected. If they're going to have a JBA and share pax and revenue, benefits need to be shared too.

I'm tired of the inconsistencies from airline to airline within the same alliance. Nothing's going to change until we as customers stand up and fight back with our wallets.
