Again - nope. AA elites don't have to be in a premium cabin to access BA lounges at LHR T5, they just need to be OneWorld Sapphire or Emerald - per OneWorld rules. I've been in BA T5 lounges numerous times on Y tickets.

As for the AC thing - this was pretty clear when you signed up for the membership. Not sure what your gripe is.
