My understanding of EC261/2004 is that you should get a full refund as the OLB-STR segment didn't serve any purpose but I could be wrong.

I can recommend reading the EC261/2004 regulation (it is fairly easy reading material) and if you agree with my assessment, ask BA why they disagree.
