It really depends on what the current policy of the immigration people at DEL is. Usually AI is told not to allow interline pax to do a direct transfer (DT) in DEL since February 2016. The policy may change. AI will check you thru in BLR. If the BLR-DEL segment gets a big 'D' printed on the BP by the system, you clear immigration in DEL, if it says 'I' you do it in BLR and get to do a DT in DEL. AI checkin agents have been briefed not to override the 'D'. They used to do that earlier.
