I wonder whether AMEX take into consideration monthly charges, whether they differentiate between the amount charge to the primary cardholder's account and the amounts charged to the supplementary cardholders? Also, in your case, what percentage would you say went on travel costs charged to your Platinum? I have often heard how travel charges are what AMEX is looking for in deciding who should be upgraded? What are your thoughts?
