LA properties and Anaheim properties different cities. Hayes and London different cities. Malpensa and Milan different cities. CDG and Paris different cities. Etc.
Anyways that's what I've been told by BRG. It's distance and the city they call it on SPG.com. Anyways I'll try to find the BRG email when I inquired. It's been over 2-3 years when I asked this question.
