Pros:
* Service is INCREDIBLE especially housekeeping and at the pool. One of the best I have experienced.
* Property is nice. Lots of ocean view rooms.
* Elites receive 15% off breakfast buffet (normally 20USD) and 10% coffee shop (reasonable price bakery/coffee/Pizza)
* Option to eat at 5 good on-property restaurants (2 at JW and 3 at CasaMagna)

Cons:
* One pool: can get boring for a longer stay (>4 days) and crowded during high season
* They don't allow CasaMagna guests to swim at the JW pool (very nice infinity pool) but they allow the JW guests to do the opposite making the CM pool more crowded.
* ZERO Platinum recognition. Elite recognition is the same for Gold and no upgrades. (Ocean view upgrades is given to most customers as they keep resort view rooms to airline personnel as I have seen lots and lots of FA and Pilots checking in and out every day).
