I just got a phone call from an agent at Global Services with whom I had talked two weeks ago about my failing to be notified in mid-December. She looked at my numbers and made some assuring noises but I remained skeptical. She told me she kept my phone number and wanted to let me know as soon as she found out, which was apparently just now (my profile has only been updated to note that as a 3 million mile flier I will never go below 1K but I trust the agent. I have not been able to access the data sheet to enter my numbers but here they are:

For those who worry about cpm mine would be quite low so it's clearly not an absolute barrier.
