Yes, I have just been looking at the Innside in New York City and I can't see any points rates for 18,000 points. Most of them start around 39,000 points, which can be brought down by using Points & Cash rates. Would be interesting to know how you secure it for a lower rate. Maybe when bookings are low, off season?
