What gives you the impression OK has legitimate reasons and isn't attempting to do the exact same thing?

Perhaps make the stop in MLE longer and book a nested MLE-DXB-XXX-DXB-MLE with two more 30 day stops, this way you'd end up with 4x30 day stopovers. If you can survive it book the nested ticket in Y to DOH or something, whichever is the cheapest, with a same-day or 1-day turn in DOH.

So WAW-DXB(30days)-MLE(holiday+61days)-DXB(30days)-WAW

and in the holiday+61 days you do MLE-DXB(30days)-DOH(/XXX/1 day or whatever)-DXB(30 days)-MLE and could even return back to DXB the same day.
