Then in Manage My Booking when you can 'print your non flight voucher' in the hotels section.
THIS IS YOUR VOUCHER
It is essential that you print this voucher and present it upon check in to your hotel
No wonder people get confused!
I normally print them anyway but once I didn't and the hotel were insistent they have the voucher though they were happy for me to email them the Expedia confirmation email to them.
Would a bit of consistency be too much to ask for*
Happy New Year everyone. At times I find this forum totally exasperating but others it's a delight.
(* yes I was being ironic of course there is no consistency. BA is consistent in its inconsistency or is it inconsistently consistent)
