Not that I have any desire to book a points and money reservation at this hotel with rates as low as they can be had, but has anyone else noticed that both Hilton Soi 24 and the DT next door are not offering any points and money availability through early March? During this period both Conrad and Hilton Millennium do have a large number of days with availability ....

Also during this period most nights can be reserved with a standard room reward at both the DT and Hilton Soi 24.

It got me thinking, what is Hilton's policy toward P&M reservations? Is it legit to pull the rates and effectively blackout an entire stretch of time? I figured the standard award availability went hand-in-hand with P&M but perhaps that's not a good correlation.
