I'm ok being an hour from IAD, but I would like to be closer (ie 30min or so) to BWI. If I were half way between Frederick and BWI would be better.

And when I say 30min, I mean without traffic. I can get to PHL now within 30min but with traffic it can be more like 45-55min. I can get to EWR in an hour approx now, but with traffic it can be closer to 90min.
