I should imagine it was operated in a F/C/Y configuration by the previous owners, hence the different business class layouts. Air Namibia want to get rid of the aircraft anyway.and lease an A330/340 instead. The airline is bleeding money, it has just been bailed out by the government again, for the third or fourth time.
