Thanks for the description, and you're correct, I don't see myself in that target except for the age range.

I'm not sure the customer that shops at Zara/UNIQLO and uses AirBnb is the type that spends $200+ on a bag, much less on a carry-on.

My suggestion is that your bag has to offer something different, something that would make the customer choose you as opposed to any other established brand.
- If it's the high durability, why should I choose you instead of Rimowa?
- If it's the luxury, why you instead of LV?
- If it's the attractive price, why you instead of every other brand out there that can under-price you easily, has stores worldwide and is established in the market for decades? (Eg. Samsonite, Delsey).

I don't think the USB charger (found in Chinese products too) and the coffee/umbrella holder will hit the spot for the hipster customer that you seem to describe. Since you won't be in the stores, what is found on your website has to make me think " Wow, I never heard of this before, this looks amazing and I didn't know these features existed in a bag, I like this!".
