Just to this point, very few people read "click through" agreements, and I would argue that fare conditions (AF or any other airline) constitute a "click through" agreement. (While I usually try to read the major fare conditions, and I suspect you would as well, I think we are in the minority.)
Someone who accepts the fare rules without looking at them is making a foolish mistake.
I don't disagree, though for people unfamiliar with the complexities of air travel it may not even occur to them that there are meaningful fare rules or conditions of carriage.
