So I have made a reservation at this hotel and have applied a dsu which puts me into a Palm Suite.

It's just a jnr suite by the looks of it!

I have a few questions regarding this property:

1. Is spa access complimentary for diamonds?
2. Is the resort fee waived or reduced? If not is it waived on reward bookings?
3. Is parking comped / discounted for diamonds?
4. Regency Club - what is the evening snacks / happy hour timings?
