You have received some valuable responses.

Remember you only have one chance to make a first impression. I would take the website down until it is correct, and as stylish and functional as you want this case to be. This should be a fairly quick fix.

I like the squared off look.

I would not use the cup holder or the charger for the same reasons that have already been given.

I like the strap if you have replacements. The straps, if used, will wear out.

The wheels look like a place for stuff to get stuck.
Do they look good? It depends on your niche consumer's view.
Are they super strong or just stylish? This needs to be determined. I'll take strong anytime.

I travel about five to six months a year, mostly international.
