Hi merv,
I have a question: who is your customer?
That's a good question. I can answer this describing a demographic with age, gender, salary etc. However maybe we can try a different way doing it.
I think it's people who like to travel, to experience new thing. They prefer Uber to Taxi, they use Airbnb, wearing Zara/UNIQLO, have something with them brought from MUJI, and listen to music with B&O. So if you find yourself not right in the target, I guess you didn't have the similarities I described above?
I feel the bag looks a bit like the iPod version of a Samsonite, and I don't mean that as a compliment, it should look its own thing.
I'm missing the "wow" factor of this Ready luggage, what is it supposed to represent??
No I understand what you mean. We expect the looks of the bag to be the "wow" factor, and many people do, apparently that's something you wouldn't agree.
To be short, we want to brand to be an "B&O" in the travel bag market.
