Anyway, I'll keep this for a year at least. The 40k miles + 10% refund on redeemed miles is worth $95 to me.
The 10% refund is a good point. My Citi Executive does not have that benefit, and although the lower tier Citi Platinum Select does, I am not currently eligible to get a signup bonus for Citi AAdvantage cards, so this works nicely in that regard too.
