I agree with the above posters. Thanks for your insight.. Knowing that:
1. The issue is well-documented online and will probably show in search results for the property
2. The hotel issued a certificate, which clearly was never their intention
3. The corporation has some record that this happened
will suffice. Still curious is what led up to the incident, but speculation is futile. Barring no other insight, I'll notify the Hilton CR lady's handling the case that the resolution is satisfactory enough to move on. On a side note, going to be in a Hyatt for the first time in a few months for the new year. Hope tbe experience can sway me over!
