Waiting further for any atonement or regret from this hotel owner/operator is foolish; it obviously isn't forthcoming. Take the certificate and move on. And never stay again at this hotel or any others owned/operated by the same group.
Hilton corporate likely can only add this experience to any others it has on record. I'm not sure what to reasonably expect from Hilton corporate in the absence of proof of further wrongdoing. I'd say any escalation is likely to be a waste of time due to the franchise business model involved here and the fact that no one ever wants to admit to racism/ageism.
Move on. And be as successful as you can. That's always the best revenge to counter racism and ageism. Best of luck!
