Not new, though there are a few frames where the runners aren't in place, or can't be deployed at that position where CE is deemed to end. Occasionally an aircraft has a defect on the runners too, but these are all exceptions to the norm.

What did the Senior Cabin Crew Member say when you raised it with them?
