Boarding pass not issued for connecting flight. Where to collect in 5C?
Long story short. My husband is traveling to the US through Heathrow: arrives in 5C and departs from the same terminal ( BA all the way). My initial advice was to clear security in 5C considering layover is only 80 minutes.

Unfortunately BA outpost refused to print a boarding pass for his connecting flight. Is there a way to collect boarding pass in C, or he now has to go to A for that?
