Try contacting Chase via their securing messaging system tied to the credit card online account.
I tried different browsers, and the other Macbook.
I will clean cookies first, and I will contact Chase if doesn't work..
Btw, do we need to register Verified by Visa? because United has a "learn more" buttion for the Verified by Visa, which indacte that we should register.
