My first experience of J - and I loved it. If we were upgraded as a sales technique (do they do this) - it's worked, as I'm only considering flying in J for our next big trip!
The flight back from JFK in WT last night wasn't quite up to the same standard as J...!!
indeed they do, that's why passengers without significant status are often upgraded ahead of those who regularly travel in premium cabins.
