MAN to S.E. Asia using CX PE on the direct 4X weekly HKG flight is regularly sub £1,100. Stop over permitted both ways in HKG. The J redemption fare to HKG is 90,000.

Another option is to use QR via DOH.

Both routings are a lot less painful than going through LHR.
