I'm following the same thought process. Messaged the HHonors rep on here in addition to forwarding my email to a few more contacts. I'm really hoping to give them a chance to show some effort to keep my business in 2017. Hyatt isn't wholly convenient for the locations I travel to. Probably going to start reading up on Marriott's reward program. Congrats on the Gold.
