They may have started rolling it out since your last visit. According to the person I've been talking to a second location in his area does have pay at the table (confirmed today) using Ingenico terminals and Chase processing. Contactless is supposedly supported too but wasn't used at that visit.
I think it was here that I heard Chase are forcing their restaurant customers to implement pay at the table, starting with Ruth's Chris. This confirms it.
