Thought I would use this thread to ask a similar question. Heading to ICN from ATL using miles. Both airlines are pricing the same in miles for a direct flight on their 777's in Business class. I would lean to KE right away, but their J cabin doesn't look that appealing in 2-3-2.

I have yet to ride with KE, but I assume soft product is nicer, but is it nice enough where you all would pass on the direct aisle access that D1 allows for?
