Maybe ~450 seats a day between PSC-SEA is too many and Alaska should cut overhead by dropping one or two times... could probably drop the 11am departure without much added hassle for passengers. Though I think I was reading stats from our airport that said average capacity was up around 80% for flights originating from PSC.
I was real surprised that Delta adding three flights a day didn't push prices at all, in fact they increased right before Delta moved in. Usually saw at least $69 to $79 (and this was for flights all day, not just select departures) one ways during off peak winter months but now you rarely see less then $90 one ways. Delta just slotted in right at the same ~$90 price.
Delta added another almost 200 seats a day.
I just miss being able to fly up and land in Seattle by 8am and leave around 11pm and have spent only like $130 on travel. It was basically the same price as a car drive but I only spent 1.5 hours travel time not 8. It made spending a Saturday in Seattle having fun at the zoo and Pike Place and stuff AND sleeping in your own bed possible every other or every few months.
