1) When an earlier posted said "unbelievable" he/she was talking about the experience. We ALL believe you did pay for it.
2) A second choice would be nice, but for those of us that have traveled with ZERO choices, we might argue with you.
3) It is safe to assume that any morning meal most probably would include eggs. You might want to call ahead and order a special meal next time.
