Sounds like the OP travels a lot being Diamond Hilton and Plat Hyatt. If you don't get satisfaction from Hilton thenthe answer is easy, take you Biz elsewhere. Plenty of choices out there now. Sorry to hear such a horrible story from Hilton as I was just granted Gold status.
