- Central America, apart from Costa Rica
- Central Africa, apart from Angola
- the GCC apart from the UAE
- DPRK
- Laos
- South Pacific islands
I've met a senior FA from Kenya this month.
If you mention DPRK, you can probably add Cuba in the exception list .
