First-are US citizens eligible for a visa-on-arrival to Indonesia? I would be entering, most likely, by ferry from Singapore.

Second- The Indonesian embassy's web site says, "Passport contains at least one blank visa page. Amendment and endorsement pages cannot be used for visa purposes. "

I ran out of those a long time ago...
