Amex has a "premium product" in every country, which is the Platinum or the Centurion card.

The Platinum service declines very fast in all countries where Centurion has been introduced. This does not mean that the Centurion service is in all cases better

Amex UK seems to be the "black hole" in Europe, servicing both UK Centurion and International Centurion cards with a sometimes unacceptable poor level.
