Thanks, helvetic. I think maybe just to be fair, I may only add one comment to your post about what you choose to do with your seat. You may just want to inform an on-board FA about your switch for simple reasons of passenger manifest and food/bev service (i.e., in case of special meal requests on long flights). :-)
