As per AA links above. All fare class do not earn 100%. Depends on the airline. Your status bonus is additional to the % in the table. With AA ff miles based on revenue is hard to determine. More a question for the AA forum to be sure. Will be a wiki thread on this topic (but can be hard to find on the AA forum).
