Does anyone know if backtracking is allowed on single carrier round trip award?

I'm planning on flying Lebanon-Jordan-Egypt round trip with stopover in Jordan. I want to try to go to Israel as well, I wonder if backtracking is possible by doing Lebanon-Jordan-Israel-Jordan-Cairo?
