Stayed here for a week recently using a DSU and a copay to get a Grand View Suite. Very nice property with good service. Club Olympus is certainly a nice bonus. Really appreciated the beautiful Christmas tree they added to the suite.

Two major gripes about this property that haven't really been highlighted in previous posts. 1) The TVs are terrible. They are B&O but very small and are not high definition. There is no in-room movies, and the quality is simply not acceptable. 2) The housekeeping staff could not figure out how to add a top sheet to the bed. Their comforters are a bit warm and prevented me from sleeping well the first night, so I asked if they could add a top sheet to the bed ("American Style", whatever). They assured me that this was not an issue, but it was not done. I tracked a housekeeping staff down and tried to explain it to her (in German), but ended up just getting an extra sheet from her. Every day when they do housekeeping they would take away my extra top sheet, which meant I had to spend 5 minutes tracking down a sheet and making my own bed. I understand that they make the beds differently in Europe, but having to track this down each day was annoying.
