I must say I don't share your suggestion. Seat Guru is actually full of mistakes, and particularly so on AF planes. I think that the OP was indeed better off asking on here or checking the great threads on best seats on this forum!
I fully echo the dominant recommendation for two middle seats if you want to talk and really disagree with the window+middle combination. I really do not think it is convenient to talk as the seats are quite spaces out plus you face directly away from each other, and as discussed in other threads, in that position, it is literally impossible to talk across the aisle without disturbing the rest of the cabin and I have witnessed cases of actual complaints in exactly that scenario.
