You're kidding, right? 260 MYR is, what, 60USD? The airport tax and PSD alone ex-KUL is almost MYR100...

Don't get your hopes up for the F lounge. It's peaceful and there are slumber/shower/smoking rooms, but the food and drink are mostly tidied away at night, and the dining room is closed. Get some kip and a shower there, and then go to the regional lounge for breakfast
