But most companies big enough to have a corporate contract with BA also have one with VS/DL/AF/KL and LH/UA/Etc., which means there is still a choice. When BA wins on price, BA gets the custom. If another airline wins on price or schedule, BA loses the custom.

Having a contract with BA doesn't lock them into flying BA, but BA may be a preferred carrier. Or not.
