No Heathrow Express - and the predictably woeful Piccadilly "service"

My favourite hobby horse!

* 8 minute wait for a train
* which has no heating on a day when it's -1C at 6am...
* ...which sits with the doors open at Acton Town for 5mins
* which is also stopping additionally at Turnhan Green and Ravenscourt Park as there is no District Line

Of course there is no adequate space for luggage, it's nigh on impossible to use a laptop and it bounces around like a lunatic at certain points but those are the year round challenges. I suppose the train was clean at least.

In terms of elapsed time to Victoria? Even allowing for a full 15 min wait for the HEX this was a full 30mins slower. Nasty.
