When has everyone's annual fee posted? I'm on my 2nd statement (opened account on Dec 1st) and still haven't gotten hit with the annual fee. However I was able to use the 2016 travel credit (statement closed Dec 20th) and now I'm working on my 2017 travel credit yet still no annual fee on my statement.

Did everyone get the annual fee on their first statement?
