Stayed here on points as a diamond about a month ago. The place was virtually deserted on a weekday. Had two comer rooms booked, one got upgraded to a Japanese western corner L on the 10th floor. The other one was not upgraded.

Was offered restaurant breakfast and lounge access for all 4 guests (2 rooms), but it was emphasized hat this was only offered as it was my first time at the property...

Evening lounge offerings were fairly meager.
