Hmmmm...strange. But chalk it up to a new staff member, I guess.

I've never had a problem at check-in (either within NZ or intl) and never had a second (or long) glance of my E card at any of the NZ lounges (both domestic and intl). My wife, also AC *G, has never had a problem either.
